PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility
   1. This promotion is open to California, Texas and Delaware residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   2. This promotion is available only to customers who make a qualifying purchase of a RainSoft TC, EC4, or EC5 Water Softening System from an authorized RainSoft dealer during the promotional period (defined below).
   3. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of RainSoft, a division of Aquion Inc., are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
2. How to Participate
   1. To participate in the promotion, you must complete the contact form and you must purchase a RainSoft TC, EC4, EC5 Water Softening System from a RainSoft Dealer within one (1) year of the date on which the initial promotional email or text message is sent to you (the “Promotional Period”).
   2. After completing all the entries on the form, a certified and registered RainSoft Dealer will contact you to complete the sale of the RainSoft Water Softening System. Upon completing your qualifying purchase, you will receive the free* RainSoft Ultrefiner Elite Reverse Osmosis System and it will be installed at the same time as your new Water Softening System.
3. Promotion Details
   1. This promotion is available only for purchases made within one (1) year of the date on which the initial promotional email or text message is sent to you. Purchases made outside this time frame will not qualify.
   2. Upon qualifying purchase, participants will be eligible for one (1) free* RainSoft Ultrefiner Elite Reverse Osmosis System (the “Promotional Reward”).
4. Limitations and Restrictions
   1. A qualifying purchase is required to receive the Promotional Reward.
   2. Participants may only redeem one Promotional Reward per qualifying purchase. Multiple entries or claims based on a single purchase are not permitted.
   3. The Promotional Reward is non-transferable, and no substitutions will be allowed.
   4. The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
   5. Only one reward per person, per purchase.
   6. The promotional reward cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to others.
   7. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless stated otherwise.
   8. If a participant returns the product or cancels the purchase, they will no longer be eligible for the promotional reward.
   9. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the promotion or engage in fraudulent activities.
5. General Terms
   1. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion will be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.
   2. RainSoft, a division of Aquion, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors affect the integrity of the promotion.
   3. By participating, you agree to abide by these rules and decisions made by RainSoft, a division of Aquion, Inc., which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.
