How does it work?
Ion Exchange
Untreated water flows into the resin tank, where hardness ions are retained in and on the special RainSoft resin.
Carbon Bed Filtering
The newly softened water can be further polished and clarified when it passes through an optional carbon bed.
Hardness Flushed Away
Perfectly conditioned water exits the EC5-CAB tank destined for household use, while hardness ions are flushed out and down the drain.
