No. The in-home water test is completely free and comes with no obligation to purchase. During the visit, a RainSoft representative will test your water and review the results with you at the end. Based on those results, they will recommend a custom water treatment system designed to fit your home’s specific water needs—but you’re free to take the information and decide what’s best for you. There’s no requirement to buy in order to receive or review your results.
An in-home visit typically takes about 45 to 60 minutes, though it may be a bit longer depending on your questions. During that time, a RainSoft representative will test your water right at your kitchen sink and walk you through the results, answering any questions along the way.
